Class 1

Welcome To Class 1!

I have posted the topics covered in Class 1 separately below. Here is some other useful information for you :-

Tuesday Weekly

Wednesdays and Thursdays

Fridays

Birthday Assembly!

Please send along a few cards and 1 or 2

(not too precious) presents for your child to show and talk about in assembly. We light a cake and sing Happy Birthday to all the children who have celebrated a birthday in the previous week.

P.E. days, please make sure P.E. kits are in a pump bag hung up on your child’s coat peg. Children are not allowed to do P.E. in jewellery, and, girls, tights do prove problematical for quick changing!

Show and Tell is on Friday, usually in the afternoon. We encourage the children to talk about and describe their item of interest. Also, we have Appreciation Assembly for the whole school where your child might receive a special certificate celebrating good work or behaviour.
