Goodbye and good luck to Lisa Tregellas, Teaching Assistant in the Foundation Unit who leaves this month to complete her teacher training course. Mrs. Eileen Thompson will be replacing her. | ||||||||||||

Dinner Money | ||||||||||||

Don’t forget that dinner money is £8.00 per week and should be brought to school on Monday mornings. We accept cheques, made payable to Cornholme School, with your child’s name on the back. Cash must be sent in an envelope again marked with your child’s name. If you are in receipt of Income Support you may be entitled to claim Free School Meals - see the office staff. | ||||||||||||

We have a good stock of school uniform at the moment so if you are thinking of purchasing some replacement items it is a good time.

Please could you make sure that your child’s clothing is clearly labelled as we have had a few missing items. | ||||||||||||

If you use the internet for shopping then take a look at our new webshop, www.buy.at/cornholmeschool. It contains lots of high street shops including Marks and Spencers, Early Learning Centre, Thorntons chocolates and many more. If you buy something through our webshop then the retailers give us commission on whatever you buy! There is no extra cost to you, in fact you can often save money because of fabulous online discounts! All money raised through our webshop will be put towards our school fund which helps to pay for things like school trips and parties.

After School Club | ||||||||||||

I am pleased to tell you that we are now offering After School Care every school day 3: 30 – 6pm. If you are interested please call in any evening to see the staff for more details. They will be situated in the Conference Room / Old Class 5. | ||||||||||||

Afternoon Starting Times | ||||||||||||
|
And finally, a reminder that if your child has been absent in the morning, not been in for lunch and is returning for the afternoon session they should be brought no earlier than 10 minutes before the start of that session.
