The record shows us that we had 186 pupils who attended our school. The number is very similar today. | |

School was undergoing some repair work during the Sixies. It is also seen that 15 children were feeling under the weather, as the Nurse and Doctor were both presents during November. |

In 1963, we had student teachers, new guttering and new kitchen staff. These were the days before we we lucky to have Auntie Dot! |

A very important day in our history, 10th January 1972, tells us,
'I, Gerald Peter Cunliffe, took over the headship of the school this morning'
Mr. Cunliffe was headmaster for -- years.
On Jan 11th, a Mr. Fallon came in to 'explain the working of the telephone.' The day afterwards he came in to repair the telephone! | |
